Hello there, I'm Hanna Seely, an integrative counsellor at Lasting Light Counselling.

I'm experienced working with neurodivergent adults and young people (aged 13+), and those struggling with childhood trauma, shame, relationships (family, partners, friendships), and late-diagnosis (I myself am late-diagnosed Autistic & ADHD). 

I started off in the education sector as a teaching assistant in a secondary school within the SEN team (Special Educational Needs) . I have since worked with many neurodivergent clients (especially Autism and ADHD) as a counsellor, so I have a good understanding of neurodivergence and mental health. Trauma, relationships, and shame are topics I care about deeply, having struggled with them myself at times, so I have a sincere passion for helping others with these difficulties, too.
