In-Person Counselling (Teens)

Service Description

It can be really tough to have all the demands of school, home life, friendships, relationships, hobbies, and possibly part-time work all piling up. Counselling is your time to have space from these parts of your life and use it for whatever you're needing. I'm here to listen and support you with what's going on right now, and will do my best to be honest with you and encourage you in a healthy and non-judgemental manner. This is your time and I'll make sure you feel seen, heard, and understood as much as possible within the boundaries and limits that you set for us. Sessions are available at the following times (please enquire for what is currently available): - Mondays: 12pm- 7:30pm - Tuesdays: 10am- 8:15pm - Wednesdays: 11am- 6pm - Thursdays: 8am- 5:15pm - Fridays: 8am- 3:30pm If you would like to book sessions after having an introductory call, or have any questions regarding this service, please do not hesitate to contact me at lastinglightcounselling@proton.me
